First Inspection

After summoning enough courage to call the broker, I visited the boat. I was surprised it had been hauled for the winter and was being winterized. I spent at least an hour going over the boat with a very patient broker. I made a conditional offer that afternoon dependent on the inspection. I also put up an ad for my little red car. I was determined I was going to do everything in my power to make this happen.
